Saturday, January 25th Potion: Dark Matter will be screened at the South Texas Underground Film Festival 2020! We will be in Animation & Experimental STUFF—which sounds about right!

Friday, January 17th our music video, Potion: Dark Matter will be screened at the Portland Underground Film Festival at the historic Clinton Street Theater! We will be in the 6pm block Meow Mix: Short Music Videos. The full schedule can be found on their website or visit the Facebook event to find out more.

Heading into the end of 2019, we were fortunate to be invited as Official Selections for 2 festival in November. Potion: Dark Matter was screen in Los Angeles at the Abbot Kinney Fantastic Film Festival where art, music and film filled the street where we played our first open mic so many years ago!

Then, at the end of the month, we were screened at the Berlin Sci-Fi Film Festival in the famous Babylon Berlin Cinema!

This November our music video, Potion: Dark Matter will be in competition in Mexico City’s STUFF MX Film Festival 2019! If you like film that is strange and bizarre—this is the festival for you! The official selections can be found on their website and the program will be announced soon. We are so excited to be part of the crazy film scene at STUFF MX 2019!

Last weekend our video was screened at the Soo Film Festival and this week we learned that it won the “Audience Choice Award” for Best Music Video!! It was already and honor to be an Official Selection, but we’re absolutely thrilled that we won an award. We even got a mention in the local press! Thank you so much to everyone who voted for Potion: Dark Matter!

Come and join us for the SF IndieShorts Film Festival where our new music video, Dark Matter is an official selection in the “For Art’s Sake” program on Saturday, September 14th at 9pm. We are so very excited to take part in this wonderful local film festival and plan to spend the next three days there enjoying the films, meeting the filmmakers and eating a lifetime’s worth of popcorn. This week in Oslo, Norway you can see Potion: Dark Matter on the big screen in the Animated Shorts program at the Ravenheart International Film Festival . Tickets are available at the Cinemateket and you can also read more about the films featured int he program.

We are so pleased that 6 more film festivals have chosen our music video to take part in their curated programs! Potion: Dark Matter has been shown in Reno, Nevada at the Sci-On! Festival, Szczecin, Poland at the Szczecin Film Festival, Moscow, Russia at Insomnia International Animation Film Festival, and we won our first competition in Toronto Canada’s Alternative Film Festival!

We have recently been selected at the Ravenheart International Film Festival which will take place in Oslo, Norway at the end of August and Cinemaway Festival in the Ukraine which will happen in October. We hope that our little short film will travel and be shared in many more places across the world before we release it for all to see.

Potion: Dark Matter—our new 5 minute sci-fi 2D animation/music video about a Space Travel Agency promoting its package tours for the next holiday season—is heading for the festivals! I’m thrilled to announce my film is an Official Selection and so it’s world premiere will be at Athens Animfest 2019! And in addition to that, it was also and official selection for the Philip K Dick Film Festival and will be screened at their opening program in Santa Ana, CA.

Hello again! We’ve been working on submitting our first short film to a variety of interesting festivals. It’s no surprise that it is difficult to categorize (like our music) but for a short/2D animated sci-fi experimental film we are hope to bring a little laugh and a bit of fun to film fans everywhere.
